Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Park98 platform, including the website at park98.app, any associated mobile application ("App"), and all games, betting markets and services made available through them (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a Park98 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Park98 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Park98, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Park98 does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or business.
• You have not previously had a Park98 account closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from gaming activities in your jurisdiction — it is your personal responsibility to verify this.

During registration you must provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Park98 may ask you to verify your identity at any point using valid identification documents. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal access until the process is completed.

3 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold one Park98 account only. Opening duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses, avoid restrictions or circumvent a previous closure is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out after each session on shared or public devices.
• Notifying Park98 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Park98 will never contact you asking for your password via any channel. Any communication claiming to be from Park98 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Park98 reserves the right to temporarily lock or permanently close an account if unusual activity, identity concerns or potential policy breaches are detected. In genuine cases of unauthorised access, Park98 will work with the affected account holder to investigate and, where appropriate, restore access.

4 Deposits

All deposits at Park98 are processed in PKR. The following deposit methods are supported:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits, typically processed instantly.
• Easypaisa – mobile financial service, typically processed instantly.
• Raast – Pakistan's instant interbank payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard bank-to-bank transfer; processing times vary by bank.
• Debit/Credit Cards – where supported by the issuing bank.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are shown in the Deposit section of the Platform when you are logged in. Park98 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible. Any winnings generated from third-party funds may be voided.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to verified account holders. To request a withdrawal:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, Park98 will advise alternative methods and may request additional verification.

Processing times depend on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Park98 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals. Certain express or priority withdrawal options, if available, may carry a processing fee that will be disclosed clearly before you confirm the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Park98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The required multiple is stated clearly in each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your Park98 account wallet, not your real-money balance, until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately — the Platform displays both balances when applicable.
• Free spin bonuses result in winnings that are credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering rules.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the stated deadline.

Using multiple accounts to collect the same bonus, exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics, or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus offers are all grounds for immediate cancellation of bonuses and suspension of the account.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all Sports markets on Park98:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before you confirm — the final confirmed odds are binding.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided by Park98 at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays before acceptance to prevent exploitation of live broadcast delays. During this window, odds may change or the bet may be refused.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per account and are shown during bet placement.
• For Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events), Football, Esports and all other markets, specific rules for abandoned matches, reduced-overs games and walkovers are stated in the Sports section rules available when placing bets.
• For a Cricket match reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, standard DLS-adjusted settlement rules apply.

Park98 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed using inside information, in collusion with other parties, or in breach of these Terms.

8 Casino & Games

All Casino games on Park98 — including Slots, Crash Games, Video Poker, RNG Table Games and Live Casino — use certified random number generation (RNG) or real-time physical game equipment operated by live dealers. Results are independent on every round, spin or hand.

• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages over large sample sizes. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly.
• Where a technical fault disrupts a game round mid-play, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned where a deterministic outcome cannot be confirmed. This decision is at Park98's discretion based on system logs.
• Live Casino game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and shown on screen. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours with the relevant round reference number.
• Progressive jackpot values displayed on games are indicative. The final confirmed jackpot amount at the moment of trigger is binding.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Park98 and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Placing bets based on insider information or in coordination with other accounts to guarantee outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or payment processing vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or attempting to access the Platform's backend infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Park98 support staff or other users via any communication channel.

Park98 cooperates with relevant authorities regarding reports of financial crime, fraud or identity theft. Any suspicion of such activity will be investigated, and Park98 may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation outcomes.

10 Responsible Gaming

Park98 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is entertainment — it should be enjoyable, within your means, and not pursued as a source of income.

• Park98 provides deposit limit tools that allow you to restrict daily, weekly or monthly deposits. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion is available for any player who wishes to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods can range from 30 days to permanent closure. During exclusion, re-registration is blocked.
• Players who display signs of problem gambling may be contacted by Park98's responsible gaming team or have their account reviewed proactively.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Park98 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Park98 or its licensed suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from Park98. Accessing the Platform grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal entertainment purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

Park98 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, technical faults and factors outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

Park98's liability in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of any disputed event. Park98 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect losses or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Disruption caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Actions of third-party payment providers beyond Park98's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Park98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, Park98 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via the platform or email.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
